DEPRESSION IS THE WORD WHICH TODAY'S GENERATION FACES AND STRUGGLES WITH A LOT. SO TO OVERCOME DEPRESSIONS YOU CAN SAY YOURSELF TO BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE:-



1. AFTER SPENDING EVERY VALUABLE MINUTES OF MY LIFE DO REALLY I OWE THIS?

2. IF HE CAN DO THAT BEING A NORMAL PERSON WHY CANT I?

3. ITS MY LIFE SO I NEED TO SAVE MYSELF , NO ONE HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY CONSEQUENCES

4. I AM A FAILURE TODAY BUT TOMORROW I WILL BE AN EARLY RISER

5. GOD HAS MADE ME SO I M NOT AT ALL BAD ,THERE IS STILL HOPE
